Thriftway Match (4/27-5/3)

So sometimes you are not always winning the battle but just holding your ground. Right now we are in a season where my coupon skills are not being used (or cooking skills, cleaning, planning...). But that's okay and there is a season to everything and for that it means holding our ground and keeping priorities. My food needs are changing and so are my food desires :) so we are re-evaluating. At this point we have decided that it is time to adjust our food budget up to $250/month. I would encourage everyone to periodically check where coupons have a place and where they don't. I look forward to the day when my grocery bill for the month is only $150 and hopefully that is sooner than later! After a month of not couponing (literally not clipping for at least 3 weeks) I jumped right back in. This is what my husband helped me get at Dillon's this last week.

These are all of (the best) local coupon match ups for our local rural Thriftways. [Most rural Thriftways WILL NOT accept internet printables!]  (If you want to know exactly where the coupon comes from- look on moneysavingmom coupon database). The matches posted here are just that- matches. They might not be a great deal, but using a coupon will save you money if you were planning on buying them anyway or have to buy locally.  There are many other deals every week that do not require coupons however because of time I will not post those (except produce). Please feel free to comment on things I have missed or great deals you've scored this week.
